1 cup cashews soaked overnight

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp Miso

2 tbsps nutritional yeast

Juice of half a lemon

1 probotic capsule

Drain the cashews.

Put all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth, adding enough water to keep the mixture to a thick creamy consistency.  Taste the mixture and adjust seasonings.  Open the probiotic capsule and stir into the mixture.

Turn into a glass bowl, cover and leave on the bench overnight.  The probiotic will start to work and you should see bubbles forming in the mix.

This makes a great spread.
