Well, starting off the dqay again with my five a day – banana, kale, mandarin, apricot and kiwifruit whizzed in the Nutribullet.

After yesterday, I will be prepping all food today from scratch.  My favourite salad involves brown rice, cashew nuts, pomegranate seeds, red pepper, and red or spring onion.  It just doesn’t taste the same without feta, but New World Thorndon doesn’t sell a vegan version any more, so I’ve bought some ground almonds and will see how it turns out on day 4.
