Got up, got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head. Blended kiwifruit, banana, kale and manadarins into a drink. Prepped my lunch – another cashew nut cheese and cucumber sammie, plus a peant butter and tomato.
Prepared a mushroom, leek and quorn pie with veggie stock and vegan wine, topped with breadcrumbs whizzed with herbs and red onion.
Tonight ate it with new potatoes, zucchini and cranberry sauce.
Rinsed the packet and noticed the ingredients – EGG WHITE! Oh no!!!!! I guess in future I will have to buy the nuggets (which are vegan) and pick the breadcrumbs off the outside.
Onwards and upwards – tomorrow I will be cooking from scratch.
