After yesterday’s great feta flop, I’ve tried another version. Initial taste testing shows a far more feta-y result.

Another rant – why can’t these plant based food companies label their goods properly? I had to go through all the packages to find a burger that didn’t have honey or egg white in it. For heaven’s sake, why do they even USE egg white? They must be swimming in aquafaba.
