We really look forward to our fish and chips. Last week I had a spring roll, but this week I decided to try Gardein fish filet. It wasn’t a bad substitute, although pricey and rather small. I popped it in the oven and it cooked from frozen in the time it took to get the chips.
I’ll do this for the rest of Veganuary, but I will look for other alternatives for the future, as I like crumbed, rather than battered.
