During the last few days my camera died and I was busy sewing for the hospice, so food took a back seat for a few days. Had a veggie burger and chips at the local – asked them to hold the pesto and brie. I forgot to take my own vegannaise, so popped over the road to the dairy and bought some delicious caramelised onion relish to liven it up.

However, it was back to normal on day 21 and dinner was marvellous – all fresh, just roasted kumara slices and a huge salad of black beans, corn, tomatoes and acovado. Great summer eating.
