Chinese takeaways over the weekend had left us with a tray of white rice. I mashed it up with a can of lentils, sloshed in a bit of aquafaba, chopped onion, grated carrot and about half a pack of dukkah. The result? A Rather crumbly, dry loaf. I ended up mushing it around with my peas. It tasted OK, but I think i needed to cook the rice and lentils a bit more to achieve a good mush.
