• 1 onion
  • 2 apples
  • 1 celeriac root
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsps dried sage
  • Vegetable stock (massels chicken flavoured powder)
  • 1 sachet dried coconut milk powder

Fry the onion until soft. Core the apples and cut into big chunks. Peel the celeriac and cut into large chunks. Add to the onion, along with stock powder and sage. Add water to just cover and simmer til celeriac is soft.

Blend with coconut powder and serve.
